As a mechanical assembler you contribute to the assembly of our machines based on detailed drawings. You are responsible for the drilling and mounting of plates, and putting together sub-assemblies and various machine parts to create a complete machine. You will build and assemble various machine parts such as shafts, cams, gears, moving parts and bearings. Drilling and inserting lock pins is also part of your job.
As electrical assembler you are responsible for the electrical equipment on our machines. You will perform mechanical operations to fit electrical panels, cable trays and various components on our machines. You will also be responsible for mounting and wiring control cabinets, junction boxes and the machines themselves. These jobs are performed both in the workshop in Bruges and at customer sites abroad. You also report any difficulties you encounter and think about improvement proposals.
BEP Europe is one of the leading players in the market for automotive end-of-line testing machines. The range of high-tech machines include roll and brake benches, ABS/ESP test benches, non-contact wheel alignment benches, systems for automated headlight adjustment, systems for automated calibration of driver assistance systems and the head-up display in the car, and much more. The test machines are developed, assembled, adjusted and started up entirely in our workshop.
