How much experience do you have as a (spray-)painter? 

I have been working as a painter for thirteen years, six of which as spray-painter.

What are your tasks as a (spray-)painter at BEP Europe? 

Generally, we work with DTM paint (Direct to Metal). Sometimes there are special parts (such as the calibration plates), which have a pattern on them, with a special gloss level. There are also parts on which stronger paint needs to be applied, such as our oil paints. It may also happen that certain parts, such as machine plating or movable parts, get a prime coat first to obtain a stronger quality. 

My job is mainly to ensure that quality is delivered and that the parts can go into production, being the machine assembly, on time.

Why do you enjoy working at BEP Europe?

I am very satisfied here at BEP Europe. The work is very varied and definitely not boring. Just perfect!
