As a mechanical assembler you contribute to the assembly of our machines based on detailed drawings. You are responsible for the drilling and mounting of plates, and putting together sub-assemblies and various machine parts to create a complete machine. You will build and assemble various machine parts such as shafts, cams, gears, moving parts and bearings. Drilling and inserting lock pins is also part of your job.
You are also involved in disassembling the machine into individual groups for shipping. You will prepare the parts for shipping as well (e.g., greasing, transport assembly, pre-packing...).
You will go to customer sites for installation work, usually abroad. You will be staying on site.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in and around the workplace is very important. In addition, you must comply with safety standards and apply them. You work according to ISO 9001 procedures to meet quality standards.
