Our job ambassadors
This is why we are happy to be working at BEP Europe
BEP Europe has a very open corporate culture. As colleagues, we really work together, across the different teams. The work environment allows for personal development to be fully fostered. The international setting also offers lots of opportunities and creates the necessary challenges. Flexible working times and the possibility to work from home (both depending on your job) make for a good work-life balance. Under the motto 'work hard, play hard', there are plenty of fun events and team buildings.

Four questions for a BEP employee
- Is BEP socially engaged? And if so, in what way?
Every year, a charity is chosen as part of ‘De Warmste Week’ (The Warmest Week, Belgian charity fundraiser). Several activities are organised during that week and all proceeds go to charity. In 2022, we chose to support the non-profit organisation Estas, an organisation for children in poverty. - How is the organisation structured?
At BEP Europe, we have a flat hierarchical structure. It is an open and informal environment. Everyone helps one another and everyone contributes in his or her own way. - What kind of people work here?
More than half of our employees have a technical position. Most employees have a background in (electro)mechanics / automation / electrics. - What happens during lunch?
When the weather is nice, there are people going for a walk or a run during their lunch break. There is a brand-new refectory and you can also have lunch with colleagues outside in the sun.
