What background do you have in terms of studies and work experience? 

I completed an education in mechanical design at A2 level and also took a seventh specialisation year in industrial maintenance. I have experience in the planning, assembly, alignment and on-site installation of NVH test machines (propulsion department).  

What does your job entail?  

As assistant supervisor, I divide the work among the mechanics, oversee product assembly, solve assembly problems and maintain communication between the project management and engineering departments. I also prepare parts lists and materials.  

How are things going between colleagues? 

The spirit among colleagues is great! We try, to the extent possible and depending on the interventions abroad, to meet outside of work once a month on Fridays.
