The Mission Coordinator at Ascential Care is responsible for the efficient assignment, scheduling, and dispatching of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) to customer sites across the region.

This role manages field service capacity planning and ensures that the right technician is deployed at the right time based on urgency, skill set, and cost efficiency.

As the primary point of coordination between customers, FSEs, and internal teams, the Mission Coordinator oversees service activities from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.

What will you be doing?

• Cutting parts according to technical drawings using band saws and circular saws
• Checking cut pieces using a straightedge, caliper, and tape measure
• Adhering to and strictly following safety regulations
• Keeping the workstation area clean and organized
