Painter

As a painter, you prepare, mix and spray our components to achieve a perfectly finished end result. With your precision and craftsmanship, you consistently deliver work that meets the highest quality standards..

Your responsibilities include:

  • Painting constructions or machine parts in the correct colour code using the appropriate paint systems.
  • Degreasing and cleaning the parts to be painted.
  • Masking finished surfaces with tape as indicated on the plan.
  • Positioning parts correctly to ensure optimal accessibility during painting.
  • Mixing paint, thinners and hardeners according to supplier guidelines.
  • Spraying primer and/or topcoats on various materials and shapes, meeting required cleanliness and layer thickness standards.
  • Spraying in different directions and positions while maintaining proper dosing and surface distribution.
  • Regularly measuring layer thicknesses.
  • Removing painted parts and placing them in drying racks or the oven.
  • Working with 2‑component paint systems following supplier instructions.
  • Adjusting viscosity and thinning the paint when necessary.
  • Cleaning and maintaining spraying equipment and the workspace daily.
  • Cleaning the spray booth weekly.
  • Respecting and applying all safety regulations, including those related to chemical products.
  • Correctly using the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Handling various chemical products such as degreasers, thinners, paints and hardeners.
  • Working in line with quality procedures.
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness at and around the workstation.
  • Assisting with maintenance and repair tasks carried out by internal or external technicians.
  • Replacing filter cloths during periodic weekly maintenance.
  • Following and updating the maintenance schedule.
Pistoolspuiter
  • Technically trained painter or equivalent through experience
  • Able to read technical drawings (especially regarding colour codes)
  • Good understanding of various chemical products such as degreasers, thinners, paints and hardeners
  • Able to read and interpret production order sheets
  • Able to work with mixing ratios
  • Capable of working independently
  • Willing and able to work both at ground level and at height (ladder work)
