Customer Success Manager - Transportation EMEA

As a Customer Success Manager – Transportation EMEA, you are responsible for growing aftermarket revenue and strengthening customer retention across Europe, with a strong focus on the automotive market. You own proactive post‑sale engagement and represent Ascential’s full service portfolio to your customers. You work closely with field sales, service operations, and technical teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and drive sustainable, repeatable commercial growth.

What you will do:

  • Own and grow aftermarket service revenue across assigned transportation accounts.
  • Build a healthy, predictable service pipeline and provide reliable forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities based on installed base, service history, configurations, and customer production or maintenance cycles.
  • Position and sell the full service portfolio, including Service Plans, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts, repairs, field service, training, and upgrades or retrofits.
  • Lead structured customer interactions such as service reviews, renewal discussions, and issue resolution planning.
  • Prepare clear, accurate quotes and bundled service proposals in coordination with internal experts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs related to service bookings, renewals, and customer retention.

What you bring:

  • Experience in service sales, aftermarket, customer success, or account management within an industrial or automotive environment.
  • A strong ability to sell service value linked to uptime, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally with sales, service, and technical teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and quoting processes.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment service models and service agreements.
  • Additional language skills beyond English, particularly German and/or French.
