Step 1 - Application
This site makes it easy to apply for a job. Navigate to the vacancy of your choice and fill out the application form. Subsequently, we will ask you for your CV and possibly your cover letter by email.
After a thorough analysis of your CV, we will let you know whether you qualify for the job at BEP Europe. If that is the case, you will be invited for an exploratory interview.

Step 2 – First interview
Now, it is time to get to know each other. On first acquaintance, three people are present: you, the manager of your department and someone from the HR department.
We will elaborate on the operation, organisation and business. We will poll for your motivation, experience, knowledge, ambition and personality. Other than that, and for certain positions, we will poll for your expertise by asking you some technical questions.
Depending on the job you are applying for, we will provide you with a salary proposal after a positive evaluation or a second interview will follow.

Step 3 – Second interview
Depending on the position you are applying for, there will be a second interview, in which we will be going a little more in-depth technically. You might be asked to take a personality test.
We will take our time to show you around the production hall, in order for you to have a clear idea of the machines at BEP Europe.
Are you convinced after this interview and are we as well? Then we will gladly provide you with a salary proposal.

Step 4 - Contract
Do you agree with our proposal? Great! We will invite you to our office to sign your contract.

Step 5 – First day at work
Let's go! We warmly welcome you on your first day of work at BEP Europe. There will be an onboarding and we will show you around. This way you can get to know your new colleagues.
You will be assigned a ‘godmother/godfather’ and will be provided with a clear training plan. You will be given a general introduction on our activities, information and software systems, HR, and job-specific trainings.
