Are you a natural negotiator with a passion for technology? We are looking for a driven Purchaser to help build a strong supply chain and ensure smooth procurement of parts and materials for our innovative machines. In this role, you will combine your administrative talent with communication skills and technical knowledge to make a real difference.
As a purchaser, you are a crucial link in our procurement process. You ensure efficient and high-quality purchasing of goods, components, and products for our machines. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing purchase files in collaboration with project managers and work planners.
- Drafting and sending requests for quotations.
- Informing (potential) suppliers and internal departments.
- Proposing suitable suppliers and their capabilities.
- Negotiating delivery and purchasing conditions.
- Monitoring and approving supplier invoices.
- Managing purchasing information in the ERP system.
- Working according to ISO 9001 procedures.
- Maintaining and evaluating supplier relationships.
- Continuously improving and expanding the supply chain, both nationally and internationally.
- Contributing to the development of a comprehensive purchasing policy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator with a solid technical background (mechanics, electricity, …).
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and experienced with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Good operational knowledge of French and English (German is a plus).
