- Independent management of primarily national projects across all phases – from initiation to successful completion
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the required quality level
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of cost calculations
- Coordination and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external project meetings
- Active claim management to protect project interests
- Project controlling and regular reporting to relevant stakeholders
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, or certification as technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering
- Ideally, experience in the technical and commercial handling of projects and construction sites
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork, commitment, reliability, and quality awareness
- A valid Class B driver’s license
