As a junior accountant, the following tasks will be your responsibility:
- Maintaining and monitoring daily bookkeeping
- Supplier administration: entering invoices, ensuring correct handling of VAT (domestic and international), and addressing various related inquiries
- Responsible for the German accounting of the sister company: preparing and executing payments
- Entering financial and various bookkeeping entries
- Providing backup for the preparation of various statutory declarations (VAT, Intrastat)
- Providing support in the preparation of various month-end and year-end closings and statutory declarations
- Preparing and maintaining various internal reports
- Inputting relevant data into the ERP system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Taxation or a diploma in a related economic field
- Good professional knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. Basic knowledge of German is an asset
- Structured, proactive, and goal-oriented<
